AssetBuddy provides reports to help you analyse compliance, track defects, and prepare for audits.

Compliance reports

Compliance reports show how well your organisation is meeting its inspection obligations:

• Check completion rates — by site, by category, by time period
• Overdue check trends — are things getting better or worse?
• Inspection coverage — which assets have been checked and which are overdue

Use compliance reports to:

• Prepare for external audits
• Identify underperforming sites
• Demonstrate your inspection regime to regulators or clients

Defect analysis

The defect analysis report helps you understand patterns in problems found:

• Defects by severity — breakdown of Critical, High, Medium, and Low defects
• Defects by status — how many are open, in progress, awaiting verification, or closed
• Defects by site — which sites have the most problems
• Resolution times — how long defects take to resolve
• Cost analysis — parts and labour costs across defects

Use defect analysis to:

• Spot recurring problems that might indicate a systemic issue
• Track maintenance spend over time
• Identify assets or categories with the highest defect rates
• Monitor repair team performance

Filtering reports

Reports can be filtered by:

• Date range — focus on a specific time period
• Site — compare performance across sites
• Category — drill into specific asset types

Exporting data

Report data can be used for:

• Management reviews
• Board presentations
• Regulatory submissions
• External audit evidence

Run reports regularly — monthly at minimum — to stay on top of trends. Don't wait for an audit to discover compliance gaps.
